4. Delegate work, and say no when required

If someone asks you to do something when you’re already full, politely decline and do not feel bad about it. 5. Do not aim for perfection

There is no scale to measure perfection, which is why no matter how much you try to polish your work, you will always find something to change. Instead of striving for perfection, just do the task to the best of your ability, and put it behind you. It will keep you from getting stuck in the same spot and help you get more work finished.
