Any Indian cooking is incomplete without the tiny leaves and stems called herbs that are mostly used while garnishing but are herbs just like spices meant only to enhance the aroma and taste of our food?   • Ashwagandha: also known as Indian Ginseng, ashwagandha has been used since the ancient times to decrease stress and increase body’s stamina and immunity. The ideal way to consume it is by adding it to your daily tea or turmeric milk. Apart from its benefits associated with the mind, it also helps in treating arthritis, menstrual problems and lowering sugar levels.
